Jantos
Background
Early Childhood
Originally born to a lesser Udori nobleman alongside his brother Arix. Jantos was always a bit different and didn't fit the typical characteristics of a noble prince. He would visit the Dunoi often and became good friends with Aia.
Adolescence
As Jantos grew, he realise he had no interest in women. He confided this only in Arix and Aia. Arix told him to keep it quiet and pretend, while Aia suggested they get married one day and she would expect nothing of him, revealing to him, she was also not interested in courting men.
Jantos also developed a romance with Rugo. When Jantos' Dad, caught word of this, he married Jantos off to Alia
War of Western Aggression
During the War of Western Aggression, the Udori played an important neutral role for a long time, not taking part in the war, but not facilitating ground invasions from either side. After seeing the death and destruction on the land of the Eponi, an increasing sentiment for the Udori to get involved grew. Jantos and his brother travelled to the land of the Dunoi to sway them for help. The brothers were old friends of the Dunoi chief and jantos had a childhood romance with Aia so would visit often. There the brothers reached out to Carratorix, the chief of the Dunoi for help. The three men hatched a plan. As the elder brother, Arix would marry Carratorix's only child, Aia to solidify an alliance between the Dunoi and the Udori. Jantos begrudgingly agreed after much pleading by Arix This alliance would turn out to be enough to give them the upper edge in negotiations and Arix was able to convince the Kaitoi to agree to peace terms without him fighting a single battle. The peace was solidified with Jantos's marriage with Bettua, the Kaitoi princess.
